Sheikh Muhammad al-Habadan, a cleric from Saudi Arabia, thinks the women there are flashing a little too much flesh and has called for a more restrictive body sack for women, the niqab - one that exposes only ONE EYE. He is certain this will cut down on flirting and winking, which we gather is sapping Saudi men of their vital male essences.
