Abercrombie & Fitch Banned at BJU

abreadcrumb and fish

I'm not sure if Bob Jones University would ban the shirt shown above, but it just might. From their school dress code,
Brand Restrictions
Abercrombie & Fitch and its subsidiary Hollister have shown an unusual degree of antagonism to the name of Christ and an unusual display of wickedness in their promotions. In protest, articles displaying their logos are not acceptable to be worn, carried, or displayed (even if covered or masked in some way).
Could it be A&F is just too gay? Here's what Lou Sheldon from the Traditional Values Coalition thinks,
How would George Washington, Thomas Jefferson or Ben Franklin react to the pornographic clothing catalog produced by Abercrombie & Fitch (A&F)? The most recent catalog contains 120 photos of naked and nearly-naked men and women in various sexual poses. One poolside photo suggests bestiality and several show naked men romping in the surf together. The back of the catalog contains "Greatest Hits of Dirty Reading," which are books that have been barred from school libraries.
And Americans for Truth About Homosexuality has a boner for A&F as well, complaining that Abercrombie & Fitch, Walt Disney Co. Promote Homosexuality 100%.
